  • All returns for refund or swap of size are accepted within 30 days of sale date.
  • Please only return items after making communication with us and getting your correct Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA).
  • Our Return address is OnlineSikhStore, 33 Cloisterham Road, Rochester, Kent ME1 2BW, United Kingdom.
  • Please enclose a slip mentioning your order number, name, address, return authorisation number and a brief comment of any issues etc. If its for swap of size then please write the desired size.
  • Please always write your return address on envelope, incase it didn't make to us then it will come back to you by the same shipping method.
  • Please pack items securely in its original packaging and return along with all gift items and enclosures.
  • Return shipping expenses and shipping/packaging fee of swapped sizes are payable by buyer.
  • For international returns, CN22 form should be filled correctly and marked clearly "Returns to Seller" otherwise these stuck in customs. Any customs charges that we pay due to incorrect information on CN22 fee will be deducted from the item value.
  • Please use correct weight/size postage and always keep proof of posting slip with you. Any postage deficit items will be returned to you as we do not accept any postage deficit items from Post Office.
  • Refund will be item value minus our packaging and shipping charges on receipt of items in their original packaging and it will be shown as Restocking Fee on the refund receipt. Max. Restocking fee is 20% of item value.
  • Buyer is responsible to pack items safely and securely to minimise any damages in the transit. However, If any damages occur in transit, these are notified to buyer and we reserve the Right to deduct money from refund to cover any damages. Buyers can claim loss for transit damages from the delivery courier that they used.
  • Return items should not be worn or used and shouldn't have any kind of smell of smoke, pets or sharp perfumes (for necklaces and clothes).
  • Any used or worn items will be discarded due to hygienic reasons and will not be considered for refunds.
  • Return books should be in their original transparent packaging bag and not opened/read. Spleen of book should be intact. Any opened books will be considered as used and will be non refundable.
  • All tags and labels should be intact.
  • Digital items (Gurbani Radios and Replacement Gurbani Cards) are not accepted for returns for change of mind or didn't like it due to risk of software copying. However, if any other issues happen, we warranty these for 30 days from the sale date. Should there be any issues, please contact us to troubleshoot these issues before returning Radios/Cards.
  • Refund will be issued within 24-48 hours of receipt of items and any items received on weekend - refund will be processed on Monday.
  • We take upto 24 hours to answer any queries on Weekdays and weekend queries are answered on Monday.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), magic/good luck items and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, Gurbani Radios, Gurbani replacement cards, Replacement batteries, Opened/used books and customised/personalised items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If buyer is returning item for exchange or swap, buyer is liable to bear the shipping and packaging costs of swap item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
