ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਪੂਜਾ ॥
ਗੁਰ ਸਬਦੁ ਵੀਚਾਰਿ ਅਵਰੁ ਨਹੀ ਦੂਜਾ ॥
राम नामु जपि अंतरि पूजा ॥
गुर सबदु वीचारि अवरु नही दूजा ॥
Raam naam jap anṫar poojaa.
Gur sabaḋ veechaar avar nahee ḋoojaa.
ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਈਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਹੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਉਪਾਸ਼ਨਾ। ਤੂੰ ਗੁਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਧਾਰ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਹੀ ਨਾਂ ਕਰ।
Chant the Lord’s Name, and worship Him deep within your being. Contemplate the Word of the Guru’s Shabad, and no other.
