These Kara are from the Holy City of Amritsar (The Golden Temple/Darbar Sahib).
There may be little bit rust present which is seen commonly in all SARBLOH KARAS due to purity of the metal/wrought iron. May be hairline gap is seen inside of kara on the joint but it doesn't affect the quality or wearing.
